WHEELIE BIN TIPPER

All the features of the Dumpmaster without the lift ... provides a vertical tip for use from an elevated dock to tip into a skip or container located below, or to empty product or waste down a chute.

BINLIFTER - SIMPLE OPERATION:

(i) Simply wheel the bin in and close the door.

(ii) Operator is located safely at the control panel and presses the 'UP' button.

There is no dangerous arcing action.

(iii) As the bin is lifted vertically, the front of the bin is (iv) pulled forward and held in place while (v) the base of the cradle continues its upwards movement.

SAFE:

Designed to meet the highest safety standards.

Safe to move: Minimal visual obstruction. The bin lifter can be safely relocated and can be easily maneuvered in confined spaces with a clear view of the floor space around the machine during movement.

Easy to move: No heavy weight at the front of the machine. The comparatively lightweight hydraulic motor and gel cell battery are located at the side of the machine.

Interlock switch prevents use if door is open: The bin lifter will not operate if the door is open. Operation ceases immediately if the door is opened or if the operator stops pressing the button.

The cradle will not crush anything below it. The cradle is not powered down but is lowered by gravity and can be stopped by hand if needed.

Braking: Foot operated brakes on the rear castors hold the binlifter in a stable position.

No dangerous arc to lift or lower bin.

DOES NOT DAMAGE THE BIN:

The bin is wheeled onto the cradle and is fully supported by the cradle at all times. The bin is not attached to the binlifter but is held in place by the wheels. As the cradle is lifted the bin is moved to a horizontal position then the base of the cradle continues being lifted horizontally - there is no sudden transference of weight within the bin - product/waste slides out. Velocity of flow can be controlled.

HYGIENIC:

No Chute: The bin tipper extends the bin itself over the skip or hopper below. There is no permanent chute on which waste or matter can accumulate and create a contamination or odour problem.

NO MANUAL HANDLING:

The bin is held by the wheels - there is no need to strap, clamp or lift onto a holding bar. The bin tipper does not need to be clamped or attached to the skip an any way.

Dual cradles automatically self-adjust to accommodate the size of bin being wheeled in.

INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL APPLICATION:

Compact: minimal space required. A viable alternative to space consuming conveyor systems.

LIFTS:

Standard binlifter machines lift 250kg to required heights.
Custom machines: Any height lift to 6 metres - lifts weights up to 750 kg.

POWER:

Single phase, 3 phase or battery options.

CRADLES:

All binlifters supplied by Wrightway Products will have a galvanised cradle.

A range of cradles are available to suit diverse bins or containers
... multiple-use (dual) cradles also available.

Note: The cradle will not crush. The cradle is not powered down but is lowered by gravity and can be stopped immediately by the operator releasing the 'down' button or by opening the door. The cradle downward motion of the cradle can be stopped by hand.

GUARDING:

Range of guarding options available. NOTE: guarding can be retro-fitted if required.
